Mark Kemper concentrates his practice as a civil litigator in construction, property and casualty litigation.  He has represented  individuals and small businesses in claims involving contract disputes, construction defects and property damage for nearly fifteen years. 

Mr. Kemper has represented general contractors and nearly every sub-contractor involved in new commercial and residential construction and remodeling operations.  He has handled claims involving single and multiple-family residences, as well as multi-million dollar commercial projects.  Mr. Kemper's knowledge of construction practices and techniques makes him uniquely qualified to represent clients in disputed matters when his client's construction performance and workmanship are questioned. 

In addition, Mr. Kemper has represented countless parties involved in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, workers compensation and fire losses.  Mr. Kemper is well versed in UM/UIM, PIP, No-Fault, and Personal Injury Practice.  Also, a significant portion of Mr. Kemper's practice includes subrogation work and he routinely offers coverage analysis and opinions on pending and current claims.  Mr. Kemper has significant trial, arbitration, appellate and mediation experience.  Please see the results page for additional information.     

While some attorneys limit their practice to the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area, Kemper Law welcomes assignments to greater Minnesota and Mr. Kemper has handled cases from Duluth to Worthington and from LaCrescent to Angle Inlet - literally across the entire state of Minnesota.

Mr. Kemper is also admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar and has defended claims throughout the state of Wisconsin as well.
